Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) events happen more frequently than many water companies are aware every year. New regulations are coming out all over the world that will require municipalities to monitor their Combined Sewer and Sanitary Sewer Overflow's.
Radcom's Battery Powered Non-Contacting Ultrasonic monitoring system is ideal for remote clean or dirty water level monitoring applications. A Siemens Miltronics Probe sensor is powered from a Radcom logger containing an extra internal power source to drive the 4-20mA sensor loop.

Ultrasonic level measurements can be sampled at 1 minute intervals to a resolution of 1 mm (1/16") over a range of at least 0.25 to 5 metres (0.8 to 16.4 Ft).
Standard Telephone Line or Cellular GSM/SMS communications versions can be configured to alarm out to office PC or mobile phone for investigation and action.

Radcom have developed an ultrasonic sensor (SonicSens) with even lower power consumption than the Siemens Miltronics Probe, which enables SonicSens to be used in remote applications to achieve a 5 year battery life. The Radcom logger used with SonicSens applications is known as "MultiLog Plus", and can be supplied with Local or various Telemetry communication options.
At this time, an EExi certified version of SonicSens is not available.

All Radcom's Data Loggers and controllers are compatible with RadLog for Windows software, the industry-standard for data trending, reporting, analysis and archiving. RadLog software has links to 3rd party GIS software systems, if applicable, for simplified data access and a mapped representation of alarms.
